Gorgeous Gorjuss Girl!

.....she is, isn't she?

Huge thanks to Alex for the image - I wasn't as quick off the mark as I should've been for these!!

I really enjoyed making this card - and as soon as I saw the image I knew I wanted to do a pink & black theme.

Image coloured with Watercolour pencils - I was quite pleased with her hair, although I wanted her dress more pink! .......are we ever satisfied?
In my last post I mentioned waiting to 'upgrade' my colouring medium and I've had a few queries as to what I meant. I'm seeing fantastic results in blogland with pens such as Copics, so am 'needing' them now!

The backing papers are from DCWV 'Glitter Stack'. Letters and numbers cut with 'Hippy Chick', on my Cuttlebug with Funky Foam - LOVE FF!!!!! FF also used with Nestie for the frame. Anita's 3d Gloss used over image.
(Customer asked for 'Granddaughter' to spelt with only one 'd' so I had to adapt a peel off!)

I've got a few more Gorjuss girls to work with...............so expect more over the next few days!

  5. Definitely a 'Gorjuss' card Carol. I love the colour scheme and the lettering. I must try out funky foam in my bug, it looks like it comes out great. I love these stamps too, just can't really afford a whole set, I'll have to wait until Funkykits sell them separately. Mind you, just bought 3 more Happy Hoppers though, yikes!! lol
