I've used Tilda with Sunflower and a sweet little wooden Sunflower that matches it pretty well. I've coloured Tilda with WC Pencils and used BG 'Sugared' Papers.
My MS Doily Lace Punch had a little bit of a work out too!
The Sentiment is stamped with Versamark, chalked and then the whole piece heat embossed with clear powder.
Awh, she's just sooooo cute Carol! Love the wooden sunflower, matches perfectly. The BG papers are simply gorgeous too. You'll be getting MS RSI soon, or your punch will LOL!
